This is our first stop at one of our immediate family’s! It is just so good to see my in-laws. We arrived early Sunday morning hoping to crash on the big couch for a couple more hours of sleep. Of course, Alethia woke-up feeling pretty well-rested and made it difficult for the rest of us to go back to sleep. Luckily, Pop-pop got up and entertained her for awhile, soon followed by Auntie Non, Uncle B, and Nana. The kids recognized Nana right away from her visit to Germany in March. It didn’t take them long to warm-up to everyone else though. Alethia especially sought the attention of her cool Uncle B.
We are only in town a
few days this time. We will be back in August. However, we still managed to connect with a few friends and take Bryan and Noelle out disc-golfing. Now it is on to Springfield…
